Having lived in Iowa my whole life, this is pretty much true. We rip on Missouri because nobody there knows how to fucking drive properly, but generally there's real "rivalry" with anybody. We just kind of do our own thing.

The less you are exposed to Raffi, the better. If you ever hear the words "Bananaphone" uttered, get as far away as possible. I made the mistake of letting my (at the time) 3 year old niece listen to that song and by the 5th consecutive replay I completely regretted it.

If I ever have kids, this is the kind of children's music I think I could tolerate ad nauseam. I'd take this over Raffi or The Wiggles any day.
