Hard to vote NP when I bought my 1979 Suzuki GS850 for $650 and drove it home. Had 81bhp, which is close enough to 88 for me. Mine needed new tires, the blinkers wired and installed, and a tach cable when I had it.

He mentioned the front strut bar as if to imply that there is in fact structural rigidity issues due to the chop job. I wouldn’t pay $14k for a hardtop, but it’d be closer to that number than a convertible with no reinforcements. I dunno if CP, but definitely not NP.

Where Sixt got it sure is relevant. This debacle is having a huge impact in the lives of the owners of the cars. It’s not impacting the business of Sixt.

Sixt doesn’t own the vehicle. They’re a middle man. Private parties own the car and rented it through Sixt.

It wasn’t a ‘small business owner’ it was a couple who rented their personal vehicles out on a website very similar to Airbnb. The vehicle wasn’t totaled by insurance, so it doesn’t qualify to be replaced, and auto insurance doesn’t cover lost wages or similar losses incurred by such an instance. It is completely

Are you implying you’re comfortable with what Daimler did here?

This is why I hate cops

Not a good deal, not a bad deal. Just a deal. NP

I’m ok with that

By their preferred useage of the word ‘garage’ instead of ‘dealership’, I imagined a Getty gas station with 2 gas pumps and 2 garage bays run by an Italian endearingly referred to as ‘Fat Tony’.

I AM SO MAD I LIVE ON THE EAST COAST

I have a cousin who’s about a year younger than I am, maybe 9 months. When she was a sophomore in high school, she dropped out of HS to go to cyber school, finished by junior year and moved out west to live the van life with her boyfriend named River and her friends. She’s been doing it for a year now, which surprised

I thought this was a NP before I found out what was wrong with it, and now I realize that it is in fact a CP. I know they didn’t start using the 6 speed manuals until ‘89, but the 4+3 probably can’t handle almost 400HP.

I was thinking the same thing lmao

If I have a 28 year old vehicle in PA, is that exempt from emissions because of the 21 year Federal Law or is it still subject to PA state law?

COTD right here!

No one loves BMWs of this age more than me but this is a big stretch. Lose the wheels, steering wheel, strut brace and oil cooler and maybe you’ll have a solid $8k car.

What the hell did i just read.

lmao
