I can tell you right now that at the Chevrolet dealership I work for, for Genuine GM accessories we deal exclusively with Mid-Atlantic Accessories, and if something goes out on a deal, the dealership pays cost + 20% compared to list price, which is sometimes double the cost of the item or more. If the customer comes

I tend to agree with you. Personally, I’m in favor of EVs, but I have no interest in buying one. Sorry if I’m not Captain Planet enough for some of you, but I love my high horsepower, old gas burning cars. But I do think that EVs should become mainstream. But if this tax break is a deal breaker for people who are

When I was born my dad parked his E30 and gave it to me when I was 16.

Cheap plastic in the interiors. Prone to electrical failures for entertainment systems and window switches and what not. Had a 2018 Bolt come with it 700 miles on it. Every code was set off in the computer. Had to be towed in for a no start. Probably did about 3-5 Volt batteries in 2017. It’s crazy. Lots of complaints

In 2015 my 1990 3 Series suffered from an automatic transmission failure. Most people might have allowed the car to pass on, but for me, an amateur car enthusiast, this car was also the car my parents brought me home from the hospital in and passed on to me when I was 16. The choice was easy because it was never a

My parents bought a 1990 BMW 325is in 1996. In 1997, they brought me home from the hospital in that car. In 2014, it became my first car, and to this day, I still drive it on the weekends. While my mother doesn’t car for cars and sees no value in anything older than about 4 years, my father and I have great

I work at a Chevrolet dealership and I can tell you, both of those cars are disasters.

I don’t know what it is lately but I feel like all the recent NPOCP’s have been CP by a long shot. Except this one. This is only CP by a little bit.

... doesn’t work so well

BMWs are just as bad

I had the Motorola RAZR back during that craze, I loved it. It was basic but it worked well.

I wouldn’t pay $500 for a functioning Voyager, forget one that has been made into a non functioning pick up truck. Neat idea in theory I guess.

I feel that. I’ve had some late 70s/early & late 80s BMWs, and a 2007 335i, and even though the 335i is the fastest, it has none of the soul of the old BMWs.

I’ve had several BMWs. Currently have two. And my 335i is a bitch to maintain, and even with twice the horsepower, it’s not as much fun as my E30. I have no attachment to the 335i and frankly, I think I’ll start leasing instead of buying because I no longer have interest in dumping money into this thing.

BMW’s problem is brand saturation. We’re about to have a 2 Series, 3 Series, 4 Series, 5 Series, 6 Series (for now), 7 Series, 8 Series, Z4, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, i3 and i8. Plus all the M cars. Back in 1980, they had 4 cars. The 3, 5, 6 & 7. They set themselves apart from the competition and it was significant

You keep saying Austrailian built, is Holden planning on making the vehicles elsewhere?

LMAO

It appears the car is in reasonable condition. Many Mercedes-Benz of this age and mileage have air suspension system failures, and this doesn’t seem to have that. Might indicate that the owner had the money to care for this Benz. I’m gonna operate on that assumption and go NP, but a lack of records could be a
