Cobb will fix that. Near as we can tell, the only difference between the N20 in the 328 and 320 are the pistons. All other part numbers match up.
I would never consider a Chilton or Haynes for anything past an '80s american car. You could get lucky like I did, my local VW/Audi shop gave me some old manuals they never used. Got the FSM for my Datsun that way too.

The trick with the e32 and e38 v12 cars is to maintain them properly, and not spend money on things that don't need replacing. Proper diagnosis is the key to not losing your ass on one.
