Yeah the truly insane work lives of manga artists is really wild.

The weekly japanese manga industry is insane. I remember when Stan Lee was writing Ultimo and they had an interview in american shounen jump where he was pretty flabbergasted at the amount of content being pushed out on a weekly basis compared to the american comic industry where it was 1 chapter a month.

The Messenger was so so good. I will have to check this one out. Didn’t realize it was a story prequel.

“I think you might be projecting a bit.”

FLCL wasn’t “deep”, it was never meant to be, it was just a fun, tight, and relatable story with some amazing direction and great music from a team of rising animation stars trying to figure out the next generation of of their artform. The whole thing was one big experiment of throwing Gainax money at a developing a

Man I don’t know I have rewatched the OG FLCL numerous times over the  years and IMO it’s still great.  The sequels though have been pretty bad, it’s just had to capture what made the OG one so good.

just kill FLCL already, simply a travesty to watch these half-baked sequels come out

Really don’t understand who this device is for.

Uh, this feels like a weird article. Renown might be much better, but they’ve also nerfed Vulnerable and Crit damage, reduced cooldown and damage reduction, and even reduced the amount of experience you get from killing monsters at higher levels than you, as well as the experience boost from partying up with people.

This reduces the grind ever so slightly between finishing the campaign and starting the endgame. The endgame grind of nightmare dungeons is significantly increased with this patch.

This is the exact opposite take from what I’ve read every single player complaining about. It seems this patch is actually designed to DRASTICALLY slow down the game. If you slow down the game, then you are increasing the grind.

“Noodle arms are funny” is a global concept I’d wager:

“Lets explore the noodle wiggly arms in anime”

And switch apparently

Excellent! This is awesome news. Looking forward to see what MS does with Blizzard as they need a kick in their bum and some new blood.

Nonsense.

Sony is still making more money than ActivisionBliz and microsoft combined currently. this deal makes microsoft the 3rd largest in the gaming market. blocking this merger is really just providing Sony an opportunity to solidify a monopoly they have been barreling towards since the xbox one flopped.

Determine your own level of investment’ is at odds with the fact that Blizzard has repeatedly turned off the faucet on people when players determined what activities were most efficient for said investment. Be it most efficient leveling spot, legendary farm, or targetted drop farming, when people invest in

They built something that lets you determine your level of investment. That includes putting the theoretical ceiling very very high up for the people who enjoy going there. They also have a lot of natural break points for people who don’t enjoy going that hard. This sounds more like a self-control/neurosis thing than

They don’t want people to burn out before the real FOMO battle pass begins.
