I think FF9 is a good starting place for someone looking to explore the Final Fantasy series for the first time. It strikes a great balance between classic and more modern designs and is the last time the FF games were truly great.

You’re not running a Bedrock dedicated server ON XBox, but you can certainly run a Bedrock dedicated server on a PC that XBox can connect to.

That has not been the case for any other game on XBox / Windows Store as far as I’m aware. I have run servers for Astroneer, Minecraft, and 7 Days to Die without needing to go through Microsoft.

I really just wish Legends Arceus didn’t spend so much time having characters talk at you. Also the lack of multiplayer is baffling to me. If they ever make a sequel that fixes those two issues I’m sure I’d love it.

In general the fandom tends to like Legends Arceus quite a bit. It rates pretty low for me personally, but I’m also one that thinks SV is great in spite of its myriad technical issues.
