How does asking people to wear a mask “control the populace”?  Was I out of my own control any time I wore a mask?

CSGO gets about 1 update per year. It’s such an established thing that there aren’t a lot of changes being made to it (but there are plenty of weapon skins).

I haven’t seen anyone on Twitter talking about this.  It seems pretty cool.

As far as I’m aware the auto upgrade option is still something you need to activate manually. You can see it in the top-left of this screen here:

You can still do that though. The auto upgrade setting is there for people who don’t want to do that, and even then it’s not like they’re getting the best setup (because like you said, it prioritizes power over anything else).

It only looked okay, not gorgeous imo. Also the gameplay was kinda boring. And it launched at $70.

There is no right or wrong choice of starter if you’re playing single player.  Piplup is adorable, so you have made a good choice.

The primary progression in a game like Halo is your increased map knowledge, your ability to manage powerup spawns, and your ability to win battles.
