You can pay $30 and get every god ever, past and future. If you decide you don’t want to pay anything, you can rent any god for very little favor (the in-game currency) and you earn enough favor from playing regularly to be able to unlock at least 1 new god every week.

The XBox version is about a month behind in terms of content. Though I believe you get the latest bug fixes and balance changes at the same time you get the older content update.
