While I have no nostalgia for the franchise, I do hope it turns into a case similar to No Man’s Sky. Where the base game released barebones, but through a series of substantial updates grew into a satisfying experience. I’m all for really good franchise based fighting games, like Injustice or DB Fighterz.

The WarioWare Games were designed to have you do all kings of crazy stuff with/to your GameBoy.

Same with the map request. I doubt it though.

It basically went from a cute show, to a terrifying nightmare...

...Labo kits have gotten a lot more intense, it looks like

It was a really satisfying ending. I do wish there was more of a confrontation, rather than an extended epilogue that the episode turned out to be, but I’m just thankful they were able to stick the landing as well as they did under the conditions they were under.

Warren Spector? But when I take out my contacts, I see Jade Raymond...

Then kiss and make up

Let’s just say, in Climax, Noe has a lot of fun with title cards, in general.

One aspect that hurt the movie’s pace for me, is the round-about way they tried not to do an origin story, while still doing an origin story. It was nice experiment, but when Carol finally became the Captain Marvel we were waiting the entire movie for, we didn’t get to spend enough time with her.

DmC is legit good. The best story, considering they got Alex Garland on it, and the best level design, hands down. Combat is different than the mainline series, sure, but IMO just as fun.

Good review. Pretty much everything I was expecting, with the added surprise of a generous(for the genre) campaign length. I wasn’t looking at this as a day-one purchase, since the series has been known for releasing better, updated versions later on, but it looks like it’ll be worth waiting a bit longer for.

Yeah, I loved that moment and probably didn’t get a lot of the emotional weight due to not following the lore to a T. Honestly trying to follow the story of III was exhausting. Reminded me of MGS4, love the gameplay but was exhausted by all the exposition.

This movie was purely delightful, and that was not my opinion for the first 37 minutes, which I felt was impressive, but disjointed. Then when you peel back the layers and see the larger picture, it reveals a joyful love letter to cinema and the creative spirit.

That’s EXACTLY what I came here to say. KHIII is the MGSIV of this franchise.

I dunno, I just walk around telling people that this is a good place to find ingredients.

His body is retiring

It was a point of discussion on one of the true crime podcasts I listen to, I think Bear Brook. Basically certain genealogy companies actually do work with authorities and some do not. But that, it’s all spelled out on the companies fine print, that your submission may be shared with authorities.

Yes! I also loved that Greg Grunberg was Ethan in the first game. Felt more like an every man, more tense and believable that way. I still like Condemned 2, but I felt like it was a mistake making Ethan more like a typical hero-type.

Condemned was totally underrated as far as I’m concerned. There just aren’t enough grounded(well more grounded than other horror games) investigation based horror games.
