Every vehicle I have ever owned with fog lights the fog lights (over a dozen) automatically turn off with the high beams. The driver is correct here.

In my neck of the woods Walmart has the fastest chip reader. Home Depot is a close second. Most other places are glacial. My experience on business trips to Germany is similar. Some stores are fast, some are slow. All depends on the equipment and processing company.
