I’ve never really seen the utility of a switch like that, but I also got rid of all my audio alerts years ago in favor of vibrate-only so I’m probably not the target audience. My Android phone goes into Do Not Disturb automatically on a time schedule and that paired with the still-present volume buttons seem to handle…

Same thing happened to me when I totalled my car at a busy intersection. People came from every direction, from inside businesses. I was pretty OK, but it’s something I wont forget. Most people are really good people when they aren’t being driven to hate by outside forces.

I saw a Civic at a local dealer, similar, 3 years old 30k miles, and 6k over what they sold for new. After verifying the price, I suggested I would be interested, if he gives me 6k over MSRP for my 2013 as trade. He didnt think that was fair, and I agreed....

To be honest NONE of this should be news to anyone.  EVERY company tech or otherwise collects at the very least some data points on you.  Some collect more some less.
