1970's is Malaise, specifcally the wheezing things being made post catalytic converter (1974) that often had the timing, compression, and Fuel delivery so messed up the cars would barely run. Sad thing is they did this in order to deal with “Personal Luxury” cars and the weight penalty in a time when Fuel economy was

The entire Lawsuit is decidedly stupid to most of us. It does nothing but negatively impact my feeling for the Jeep Brand.

I suspect, that if the price is correctly typed, then this person is trying to recoup the costs of the body work performed. this year of Durango is especially hideous, but this thing does have really low miles and the V8, so I wanna say they are taking a huge gamble by thinking a deuce and a half grill with flat

I recall the Metro looking a lot like the Chevy sprint prior to and that was available with a turbo engine. but the XFI I thought used the same engine as a regular Metro, though now that I think of it, I do wonder if it came in the Otto cycle versus Atkinson for efficiency maybe?

with a carb and without overdrive you are essentially driving not much more than a VW bug. they get maybe 22, even with a 4 speed. I would say you are doing good. You could of course compare other 1990 vehicles with similarly small engines. We all know about the 5 speed XFI Metro getting close to 60MPG, but it was

looks like the reflective coating on the glass is missing on a portion of the light

Most don’t give a shit and it is you that seems to have associated the car style mentioned with race. I have seen all of the above mentioned on cars driven by literally every skin color. It definitely is not about race, but style choices. Typically someone who enjoys one style choice also seems to gravitate to the

Whats funny is the first thought I had when seeing the title was that maybe he needs to camber stance it with underglow and a hideous yellow wrap. then halfway through the article it appears it was underglowed....to you know frivolously use that precious little amount of remaining battery it has. Peacock much? This

I would normally just say it is a loss leader for Advertisements, However GM builds a lot of other cars in South Korea. Small cars and small SUV’s at lower price points require low wages, but SK unions are not having it anymore it seems. And Americans are less inclined to buy something if they know it is built in

So does it make sense that Tesla has games built in, in anticipation of full driving cars? Since this is not yet and likely never will be a complete reality, does this not make anyone else cringe that their was even focus on installing Games into these cars?

I agree, I saw one at Sema in 2019, it is a very neat little vehicle, but our NHTSA rules requiring a lot of sensor heavy safety options for terrible drivers, makes it hard to sell I imagine. I would be interested to see how this thing gets around all of that and still sells for $26K, unless perhaps they are using

Pontiac started it with racing stripes in the 60's, But AMC definitely won in the end.

They were fancy, too bad they never matched the Vinyl roof like the Mod top Plymouths.

Wonder if this is the SRK Cycles unit? I believe they used it to show how to make any motorcycle and automatic. Makes sense for a 4 wheel enclosed autocycle.

the only good thing really is that this is the 2.0 global motor that was also used in the Eagle Talon, neon and a few others. it was a stout and for it’s time powerful motor. I imagine there are loads of them to swap if desired. But if it is burning just a little oil and has a title and can run this thing is destined

I mean they should, that company has plenty of fodder for the stories

what’s up with the wait for FSD comment, it says he was in autopilot. I am not sure, but I would be especially concerned if the system did that in Autopilot or FSD.

Kind of reminds me of the Cash for Clunkers thing. the dodge dealer around the corner had not 1 but 2 wood sided late seventies or very early 80's Grand Wagoneers with wood grain and the radar rims. They looked fantastic from the road, and since they also sold Jeeps I inquired in case they were recent auction

Agreed, let’s hope the training for either becomes affordable for more people.
