Yep, small businesses never violate OT law, minimum wage law, amongst other egregious activities. The idea that small businesses are somehow not morally bankrupt mystifies me. When is the last time the corner store gave an employee a pension and health insurance? Not around here.

There are a bunch of soups you can make. French Onion, chicken, turkey... They all come in at less than $3, I can keep them under $2 if you're using what would otherwise be throwaway items. (stale bread, chicken carcass, etc.)
