Oh Florida.

These people have all been fired.

Before I even read any of the comments.

THIS

Fuck this limited autonomy crap. If you’re driving a car, drive the fucking car

Can’t make horsepower without torque

Yeah torque is not important....lol

Um, yeaaaahhhhh... automakers have lobbyists, just the same as any other group has lobbyists. Pizzarias have lobbyists. Bird-watching enthusiasts have lobbyists. Crab fishermen have lobbyists. Every single group that has an interest to protect has lobbyists. Why is this guy a piece of shit for lobbying for car

The difference between women race car drivers and race car drivers who are women:

Sometimes the best thing you can do as a bystander is contact emergency services and wait for them to show up and deal with the situation. If you haven’t been trained in what to do, you could potentially cause more harm than good. The last thing EMTs need is a dozen or so people getting in their way, making things

I have a (large) booze purchase.

Hillarious. One place in PA where insurance is high is Philly, not just because they cant drive, but when you sue you get to plead your case to a Philly jury, and theres nothing dumber or more plaintiff friendly than a Philly jury.

I live in Michigan, so I pay more than $3K a year for my Colorado. Yay for no-fault! -_____-

Personally I just keep my lights on all the time while driving. Somewhat redundant during the day, especially for a bright colored car, but consistent. I’ve seen so many cars driving in the rain, snow, or at night without lights on

More insurance is not better for the population at large. This is why Michigan’s limitless post auto accident coverage is problematic. Yes it’s better for you but the costs to the people of the state are massive. Michigan has the highest insurance rates in the country but has some of the safest drivers.

Cars only being sold through dealerships and not directly from the manufacturer.

Fact. So expensive. Back in January, we took the Amtrak from Raleigh to Orlando for the Rolex 24. 13 hours overnight wasn’t too bad (we did get a sleeper cell/bunk) but it was sooooo expensive. I think it was like $240 down on the train, and $150 for the 1.5 hour flight back.

Actually... yes. Ungodly expensive to travel via train even in coach class. I’m not paying hundreds of dollars for a coach seat on a 40+ hour Amtrak trip (oh, and a few bus transfers) when I could be paying much less for coach on a 3-4 hour jet ride to the same destination.

The scheduling is even worse.
