Did Ryan Murphy have him killed?
Yes, I do agree that Brett Goldstein is an excellent choice to play Garfield. I think he possesses the gravitas, and, perhaps more importantly, capability to sport large quantities of facial hair that really make a good portrayal of our 20th president. I must applaud the oft underexplored choice of subject matter, and…
I hear a lot of people get terrifed in that one.
It should indeed...
When copy editors need nail the headline...
Terribly sorry to remind you of reality’s left-leaning bias. You’ll get used to it one day.
Bootlicker says what?
I don’t care how much you dislike an artist’s contributions, that’s a fucked up thing to say.
This is a good article except this which I think is so wrong it needs correcting:
They HAD the best library of the streamers. Then they decided to turn like 50 of their shows into lost media to save a few bucks. Now I have zero confidence that anything on their service that isn’t Game of Thrones-related won’t just get removed one day.

This is so dumb. I have zero interest in any Discovery programming. I wouldn’t want it on my HBO Max account even if it were free. I really dislike piracy, both for ethical reasons and because it’s a hassle, but it’s sounding better and better every day.
I had a major Madela Effect experience with that song, as I first saw the movie in the theatre in 1992 and could have sworn it was there. Of course I was a horny 14-year-old sitting next to my first girlfriend, so my mind may have been elsewhere.
That’s some impressive face-typing right there.
Old Scrooge watching young Scrooge have his heart broken is like *the* emotional lynchpin for his change of heart, it’s that moment that obliterates his emotional state to the point that he’s receptive of the spirits other visions. I agree that the song as a piece of music is one of the weaker ones in the film, but…
How can you say ‘Artless’? He’s the main antagonist.
The OBVIOUS reason was to lure some artsy-fartsy “cinephile purist” into commenting on said dogshit; thus guaranteeing them even more clicks.
Why bother promoting this dogshit? It’s not like modern AV Club spends much effort covering indie cinema.
Oh right. Same shallow reason this was made: clicks.
Everything Everywhere All at Once was a FANTASTIC movie. Totally bonkers in many spots but at the same time truly emotional and heartfelt in others.
