This asparagus water is too full of asparagus!

Whole Foods is stupid expensive and with most people facing at least some sort of economic downturn through all this, if not total unemployment, they’re going to opt to go to a normal grocery store instead. I can tell you I haven’t been to Whole Foods since before the pandemic.
Honestly we’ll risk Trader Joe’s and not Whole Foods because the main draw of Trader Joe’s is their stuff with a stable shelf life, or their frozen stuff, and so it’s a much more pandemic-friendly shopping trip. Also the cost is different. There’s not much we buy at Whole Foods that we can’t get at our local grocery…
That $6 artisanal asparagus water just doesn’t taste the same from Krogers.
This. I won’t put another dollar in bezos’ pocket. fuck him and his draconian managerial style.
The amazon part could play a role in it honestly. As amazon has done very well since the pandemic, I could see some of the trader joes and whole foods shoppers growing hesitant of supporting amazon more.
The point of a catalyst is after the reaction is over, you still have the catalyst; it’s not consumed in the reaction. It’s why even though platinum is expensive, it’s still economic to use it (and its kin) in automobile catalytic converters. Oh, and platinum isn’t a rare earth; it’s a transition metal from the platinu…
Absolutely none.
I remember you from such educational films as “Lead: Delicious But Deadly” and “Here Comes The Metric System”!
not a lawyer, but no, the copyright act pretty clearly states that you have to pay to use someone’s music (or likeness, etc.)
Any legally minded types out there that can wade through the distractions and comment on the legal side of things here, I thought in general you do have to pay people for using their work. Do they actually have a viable dodge and how so or is this a case of they thought they wouldn’t get caught (somehow) but they were…
Bowling? Nuh-uh. It’s darts. A sport where you can actually compete in a tournament with a beer in one hand.
the William Murray Golf company, through which the beloved actor sells various pieces of athletic gear for that least athletic of sports
Change the form factor of that brick to an eye dropper and watch it print money for the company that markets and sells it!
I miss Gawker.
I fell down an Action Park internet hole awhile back, and found this amazing piece of ‘90 nostalgia - MTVs Headbangers Ball at Action Park with Alice in Chains. So dangerous! So alternative! So teen-oriented!
Used to LOVE trips to Action Park as a kid. I think I was only a year or two older (and my brother was younger) than the poor kind who’d died by electrocution there. An unbelievable tragedy at the time obviously and I hope the family has been able to find some peace in the time since.
for the movie’s first three-thirds
If Democrats are to “blame” for slavery then shouldn’t Democrats get to say what happens to these statues?
