I made Naan bread for the first time on Sunday. Unfortunately my wife is overseas so I'm cooking for one, and I didn't take the recipe's claim that it yielded 14 servings literally enough, so now I have several pounds of frozen dough in my freezer. The vegetarian butter chicken I made turned out well, however.
