Well C- from this reviewer is like a A- from anyone else, so a glowing recommendation it seems. And even then, with a C- score it almost beat True Detective this week (which only got a C lol, star power notwithstanding).

Haters gonna hate.

It was, then Charlie Sheen got fired. Like how Community was good then Chevy Chase was let go, and now Community is dead in the ground and buried.

Beatles didn't get cancelled because of low ratings and put in the graveyard time slot because of contractual obligations to last out the season.

And this is why cancer still hasn't been cured yet.

Why are Haywire and Mad Max in the list??? Seems bizarre to include them as "good action films"

Re: 1) Perhaps she always appears to review the schlockiest shows because she is unpleasable, nitpicky and gives harsh scores in all her reviews without even attempting to normalize the scores against other AV club staff?

I will, just like Edward Snowden did. It's sad that Russia is more free now than this once great nation, where the feminazis have taken over and taken away our liberties: such as being able to fly the confederate flag andthe right of refusal.

So this is the next thing you liberal degenerates want us to make legal, after forcing us to submit to sodomy this past week. Sick, I tell you. Then you will fine us $200,000 for refusing to back you a wedding cake because you want to marry your brother.

Can something be done about all the It Follows and Mad Max shill bots in the comments? I know that people say the Russians and Chinese have huge internet propaganda troll armies, but they have nothing on the movie industry. Or rather more indie movie producers hawking lower rung fare that have to rely on cheap

I'm just saying that me and one other person (him doing the driving, me doing the shooting) could have stopped the protagonists by shooting out the tires/engine block of their truck. You know, instead of queueing up to jump on the truck one by one armed only with a pole and then getting immediately stabbed/shot/thrown

Well, reading the rest of the article now it seems that AV club also liked Jupiter Ascending (which I compared Mad Max to): "As it happens, Jupiter Ascending is a much better movie than The Theory Of Everything (and superior to plenty of sci-fi popcorn, too)"

Can someone explain the appeal of Mad Max Fury Road? It's a bad movie, completely nonsensical, idiotic and random. There was no suspense or feeling of danger, because the antagonists were always falling over themselves doing stupid things like suicidally jumping onto spiked cars or NOT SHOOTING the main characters. As

Having now watched the show I thought it was fine. I do feel it might be better suited to binge watching though, because having to wait a whole week to see what is the next plot development, the next clue regarding the killer's identity and who will be the next to die is too much. I'd love to see them rent out a

" the act of casting Bella Thorne as the Drew Barrymore of the piece (in an action sure to surprise the younger set familiar with Thorne but not Scream) feels like a personal attack on Drew Barrymore and everyone involved with the first Scream film, right down to the interns"

Well, I'm going to watch the show when I get back home before I make any further judgements.

The reviewer sounds like he got picked on in high school. It's the only reason to explain all the butthurt about "hot" characters

"I can't complain because I saw it for free"

Maggie is the one of the worse movies to be ever made.

As commentators below me have stated, this series has really failed to deliver on its depiction of witches, and now it seems set to not be renewed. @SwedishLore15:disqus for instance calling the climactic church battle a high school cat fight.
