I like the new look Cavs a lot, but what do we say is the prognosis for this team overall? Of course they’re better than they were, but how much and what can they expect now? My guess: over the last 28 games of the season (27 now) they go an up and down 6-6 before something like a 13-3 run to close the season out

Oh, god, the “jokes” . . . I’m all for snarky comments or even the odd attempts at out and out comedy writing (see Deadspin), but my god was it out of hand on the AV Club before kinja. Whatever its faults, I’m grateful at least for that.

Damn, that’s pretty heartbreaking in a pretty ordinary, pedestrian kind of way - maybe more so because of that.

I wouldn’t want to get into a “which is the bigger shithole” argument between France and Utah*

I think the implication here is that the “project” was just a pretext for getting her clothes off. And I wouldn’t get into ranking these things if I were you. We dislike false equivalences around here except when it comes to creepy men, who are all irredeemable scumbags, whatever their offense.

As an adjective - as I’m sure you’ve already double-checked - it just means relating to or affected by muscle spasms and does not refer to any specific afflicted group. Your usage is a

That second sentence is the only thing that explains the agenda of our current administration and its enablers. They wouldn’t be so brazen if they thought they had more time. You can fleece a sheep many times, but slaughter it only once. Guess what time it is now.

I guess tastes change . . .

Like I said, that came later. Before that:

No, he said what he meant. He had an awareness but somehow, in the moment, didn’t see what he was doing as being the same as what those other bad men did. It’s all in there, the way it snapped into focus as soon as she asserted herself. The stuff about the consequences only came later.

Calm down, Demetri Martin.

Do you mean that like “wait, I thought Amazon HQ was in Seattle” or “what can we expect Amazon’s impact to be based on what happened to Seattle?”

Remember when Baron Davis tried to come to a stop and everything above his knee kept going?

But is he elite?

More like, “ME? Work for him? Ha!”

“When there’s a tragedy like this, the first thing we should be thinking about is praying for the people that were injured.”

Also: he skips leg day.
