Cyclist here who logs hundreds of hours every winter on her trainer setup in the basement. There’s so much more that goes into this that the video and post could have touched on. Some thoughts on this video and on cycling with a trainer in general:

I am surprised too. Right now my Fenix is charging, Zwift is updating and my Craigslist Tri Bike is sitting on a Kickr Snap. Add in a thirty or so dollar dongle so I can pair my laptop with my speed, cadence and power sensors it is still far less than a Peleton.
