The owner’s manual (yes, I read the whole thing) for my 2014 Mazda 3 Sport said to fill up once the display shows 1/4 tank left. That’s what I did for a few years until my wife and I bought our first house and my commute became a LOT longer. I was having to fill up after 5 days of commuting while only driving ~380km (2

Someone has never been so lucky as to see an FD RX-7 in the flesh?!

No, I’m referring to Yukon, Northwest Territory and Nunavut, all part of Canada and north of the 60th parallel. Combined they account for almost 40% of Canada’s land mass and aren’t shown in the GIF.

Uhhh, where are the territories in that GIF? Did Bugs already cut them off too?

That’s unfortunate, but makes sense. Knowing the government, they probably even want to charge tax on the quarter tank of stale gas sloshing around in the tank.

He’s driving a Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon, which starts at $39,220 for a 2-door or $42,720 for a 4-door...he’s not a broke college kid and should be able to afford a $250 parking pass.

What if...call me crazy...you put the motorcycle IN the van before shipping the van? I know it would be difficult to arrange, but then you’re only paying to ship one kei van.

Wouldn’t it be negligence on the part of Klim if the airbag didn’t deploy because the wearer’s credit card had lapsed?

80% after 25 years is good. I had never looked up the production capacity, but a friend of mine used to work for a solar tracker company and they advised their customers that they should count on replacing the cells after ~25 years.

3rd Gear:

The average lifespan of a solar cell is 25-30 years, after that point they’ve lost enough capacity that you’re better off replacing them. So the 27 year payoff will line up nearly perfectly with having to replace them all again and be stuck with another payment.

I went looking in Canada a week ago at NAs and NBs and the prices were ludicrous!

There’s a Volkswagen joke in there somewhere, but I’m definitely not going to say it.

I just saw a new MX-30 a few weeks ago on HWY 401 east of Toronto, apparently being driven by an employee of Mazda Canada.

Christini also offers AWD fatbikes, and used to make an AWD mountain bike. Previously they offered AWD frame kits for Honda and KTM dirt bikes, but I think in more recent years they’ve transitioned to selling complete bikes and the rumour is that the 4-stroke engines are Chinese Honda knock-offs.

I appreciate you sharing your experience.

$15000 is a lot of money, but it kind of has to be. Part of that fee is gas, wear and tear, driver’s pay, maintenance, track time and insurance. Plus some profit has to be made.

My wife and I have been considering getting a truck, but I have two stipulations: the bed must be wide enough to fit a 48" wide sheet of plywood between the wheel wells, and it must be long enough to fit two dirt bikes with the rear tires on the tailgate. If it can’t do both of those things, it offers no more utility

How do you find the 6? What’s your fuel consumption like? Does it leave you wanting for power?

Is this a troll? This looks like a modern interpretation of some tacky hot rods from the ‘90s and 2000s. It’s got it all: lame engine that’s been decorated with bolt on parts, slushbox, ALL BILLET EVERYTHING, fishing boat seats, useless trunk full of audio equipment, tiki motif, tacky airbrushed graphics...
