I dunno man, I think you’re trying to directly compare GA and airplane ownership with a driver’s license and car ownership when the two are so incredibly far apart it’s like comparing cars and actual airplanes for your daily commute. I don’t know if it’s the right comparison.

Governor Snyder added, “You can believe in me. Trusssst in meeee.”

he is trash down to his core

that wannabe tough nerd is completely a product and inhabitant of movement conservatism. Ppl like him have the same response to everything, every time - deregulate and enrich the already rich and all externalities be damned.

Give me a solid ST and I’m in for an upgrade. By solid I mean something as fun as my current ‘15 Focus ST but with a normal turning radius.

As a Merc driver you are not spoiled in this case. Tesla competes against Merc in the market place so it is just a fair comparison. Apples to apples and all that. Having been in them myself I find the interior cheap compared to my old Ranger Pickup, and if you think about when those were last made that is saying

Thanks for that — good to hear from someone who has recent experiences with what arguably may be both ends of the spectrum.

Having spent quite a bit of time in my buddies Model S, I can’t agree more. I found the interior to be painfully cheap and hollow and the seats flat and uncomfortable. Press or lean on any surface and you not only get considerable movement, but nasty plastic creeking. And Im sorry, but their displays are far too

Clearly you are not very knowledgeable on the subject. CPO is very different than a “Used Car.”

CPO is very different from Used....

Yes its been owned before, but it comes with warranties and whatnot.

I’d definitely pay a premium for a CPO!

Except CPO means something here, because like Tom said, CPO coverage last for 6 years. How long does “used car” coverage go for?

For this purpose it does make sense to include as it gives apples to apples comparison at least for the sake of warranty....

Well there was this one time with a flashing warning that said “danger to manifold” and then the floor fell out.

Am I just old and boring, or is $36,000 still a whole lot of money for a car, regardless of how many g’s is can pull?
