Conservatives have effortlessly jumped from, “Nobody should have the right to tell ME what I do with MY body,” to, “I should have the right to tell YOU what to do with your body!”

This country is now just lousy with assholes.
I had part of my colon removed last month and am having chemo for cancer. I wear a mask everywhere. Fuck Forrie.
The masks are saturated with Illuminati-engineered micro-chemtrails. Every time you exhale through a mask, it disperses a cloud of woke mind virus particles.
The ABC’s of conservatism:
He seems to be implying that if the person was wearing a mask, they must have a communicable disease and so he felt unsafe sitting next to them. He himself seems bound and determined to make himself as susceptible to communicable diseases as he possibly can and assumes it is everybody else’s responsibility to keep him…
There’s a weird conservative tendency to think they are being attacked by simply being in a presence of someone who they assume has more liberal values than they do.
I am really, REALLY curious how someone else wearing a mask affects him.
Nah. Social Media was a mistake.
I recall Anne Hathaway catching a lot of crap from fans of Jennifer Lawrence, who was at the height of her popularity during Hatha-hate. JLaw had a very “Cool Girl” vibe, whereas Hathaway has always given “try-hard theatre nerd.” Of course, the internet eventually came for JLaw too because that’s just how the fame…
I’m just going to assume, for the sake of not bashing my head against a wall, that you aren’t saying we should hate Anne Hathaway because you found an episode of Between Two Ferns she was on “cringe.”
I seem to recall this being focused on her “theater kid energy” co-hosting the Oscars, which I remember as her valiantly doing the work of 2 people bc her co-host was seemingly high/unfunny/disengaged.
Yeah, on top of being a decent person, as far as anyone can tell, she’s a good actor! What was there to hate?
Even at the time I never understood what everyone hated about her. It was all nothing but juvenile meanness and never made sense. She’s never had any scandal or anything that would indicate she was a bad person; she didn’t deserve that.
Ahhh. Remember the days of Sean O’Neal? He could really take down some celebrity hubris/ridiculousness. Or, at least tie it together to make a coherent point. This is an article in which the actor complains about taking quotes out of context and then proceeds to take every quote out of context to make a poorly…

Yeah, this seems relevant:
There’s that stupid US nanny state driving up the cost of doing business again. Damn Government regulation!
I guess Brazil has different fire codes than the US. Every theater I’ve been to has an emergency exit to the side of the screen.
Ah yes, the classic brain-dead response to any content that might be legitimately objectionable: it’s fiction!
This is utterly unsurprisng, since I can’t think of any mainstream director who’s so appallingly desensitized to violence than Vaughn. The casual attitude he has to people in his movies constantly getting murdered en masse without a flinch in his films, and without any real narrative justification, is frankly…
