Long-shot but maybe clean the computer out make sure everything inside is connected good if it is an older system disconnect the CD drive from the audio card. I work with PA systems and the most common problem of system noise is usually filthy power and bad cables/connections.

Buildings like you are in are the ones I try hardest to avoid (though there often isn't a choice). To me this is the owners fault for not building a proper building. not everyone works and plays at the same time so a little bit more noise insulation should be a no brainier. I purposely chose to move back into a dorm

sorry, I should restate that and clear the finals from my head. flashing CEL is engine critical stuff usually resulting and noticed by a misfire an overheating catalyst should not normally trigger one on most vehicles unless it has become clogged in which it would cause all kinds of trouble

actually did that to an s10 paid off on the next few pump changes did one on the side of the road

Telling us the few items they replaced would really help us out if your too lazy to lest the details we can't really be of too much help. No offense meant but seriously.

flashing check engine lights always indicate misfires

This. Also I live in a more rural area than most its not the same as the city, you may drive just as long but you do not cover nearly as much ground as quickly. Taking a long trip with no interruptions like stop lights or signs can be expected of most of my trips. Even going from my dorm room to my house takes 7

When a car door is frozen shut I like to gently run into the door with myself this breaks the door free using the play in the seals while not putting all that pressure on the handle.

Putting a hole at the top of your inside cans will take care of the air that gets trapped inside. My can lost a lot of space to this air until I jammed a screwdriver through its side. now the air escaped and I get to use the entire can.

rotate the screen?

I personally would build an intel system they seem to have the edge over amd in graphic rendering

Not necessarily this but with an atv is how I learned to drive. There hasn't been a skid that my truck has taken since that I didn't know what to do during and honestly felt strangely comfortable doing. ( it happens very rarely )

Forgot to mention I'm trying not to get anything with cord noise my current sennheisers make this awful noise anytime I bump the cord. CX300II model

1. Try something you know should sound good in the car

I'd say good bitrate. Some good phones are just going to make the bad bitrate all the more obvious and painful.

If I could suggest this without starting a battle of what is best could we have a quick poll of what your current headphones are and if you have more than one which ones are better and why. I'm looking at getting some new ear buds and looking right now between Shure, Sennheiser, and Klipsh don't really know other

I second this maybe one with a mountable end that you could put underneath the keyboard like previously suggested or to the far right or left. It sounds like you just really need some more length.

If your reason is to keep all your play counts and other itunes data you can create the new folder change that as your destination in itunes settings and then go to consolidate (select all + right click) it will manually move the files. keeping all associations

make a playlist or better yet a smart playlist although I gather this isn't your ideal solution
