Wow.

Yeah, what Reid did with Yucca Mountain was damn near a crime. More than willing to take the money to make it - but once it was ready for use the tune changed to “Oh, HELL no!”

You don’t get revenue off people who won’t click on the story.

Wow.

True. But the overall feel is... “Damn, did they graft biological brains into the planes? Or are these somehow the product of a creepy inorganic evolution?”

There’s been a few ‘disturbing’ cutaways of the Cars vehicles that you really don’t want your son to see.

Because they hate us.

I think they don’t know how NOT to write clickbait headlines. And isn’t everyone as outraged about politics as they are?

These devices were equipment that handled nuclear materials. Without any actual information on just how radioactive they were, perhaps shrieking “AAAAAHHH!!!!! RADIOACTIVE!!11!!! CHERNOBYL!!!!11!!” isn’t a sensible way to report it?

When we went shopping for a mortgage, the amount we qualified for was astonishing - about five times our combined annual salary at the time.

The influx started when Gawker shut down. But it’s really gotten bad since the election. And what you get is... this sort of stuff.

You and me both. This is what passes for science and tech reporting?

This... is what passes for science and tech reporting?

Oh god, yes. Kids try what they think they can get away with. Run away to see something neat, then go limp when pulled away? Been there, son grew out of it.

And Teen Groot...

Maybe they were just temporarily out of ideas...
