As a member of the millennial generation, this “should of” writing style stems from the failure to learn to write properly. Many people write in the same manner as their own abbreviated speaking habits, therefore leading to incorrect writing.

That is not a good department then... one of my first ever training lessons was to learn to only break windows that need breaking.
