Yessss. I love this example because it also comes down to POC being expected to nurture and coddle white feelings under the guise of woke or wokening dialogues. What about our feelings? If I reject your bullshit, I’m just another angry and unreasonable POC refusing to do my fucked up duty.

I think it’s completely objectionable to ask women to register for selective service when we know that women in the military aren’t protected. The military needs to earnestly combat the sexual violence against women who serve before they demand this commitment of young women across the country.
