Nah. I have an extra long hose linking mask to cpap machine, and I can sleep on my side or even stomach if I prop the pillows just right.

It sounds like the mask is not fitting properly if it’s leaking. Took me four tries to get one that’s fitted properly and it’s made all the difference.
