“will be useless at least half of every day,”
What does this mean for all of the datsun based replicas?
My FJ80's high beams were probably dimmer than the new LED street lights the city has been installing, so I can relate.
Mazda Protege driver agrees with this. God, the joy of carrying speed through traffic.
The only thing keeping raccoons from stealing cars is they can’t reach the pedals. Once autonomous cars become widely available expect to see raccoons in cars racing down the highway. Which won’t be half as terrifying as the occasional black bear trapped in a self-driving Subaru, clawing at the doors trying to escape.
Perfect car for the next generation of James Bond films: Double Ohm Seven
I know, but it is possible that it is real. Vintage racers will take muli-million dollar iron out on the track because this is what it was meant to do. I knew a guy who used to race a $1.5M pre-war Alfa Romeo 8C.

Then why does every single business do this? Case studies in B-school are great and all, but in practice, every single fortune 500 company do this. One of the problems is the way executives are compensated, where their performance packages are tied to stock performance, and stock performance reflects QUARTERLY…
I’m not exaggerating— probably 80% of the business case studies I studied in business school were about just this sort of short- sighted thinking where an executive decided to take safety and/or quality shortcuts to save a couple of bucks and it bit them in the rear. This is, literally, Business 101.
And none of the 737 line has turn signals.
Friendly reminder to never put yourself on the outside of a corner if you’re photographing a grassroots event! This especially goes for autox, rallyx, and stage events.
Both of these takes are wrong because both of these Porsches have driven under their own power.
I wouldn’t even waste time on the body. It’s junk. You’ll never get the stench of rodent piss and death out of it. If the motor and trans work, I’d pull them for a future project. Definitely save those beautiful bumpers and side panels too.
No it's an engine without the Porsche
Seconded.
If you drag it out to the desert Southwest somewhere the A-10 pilots could use it for training runs.
Peugeot Capitulation
It’d be a weird Flex, but ok
