Ignore the haters. I LOL'ed. (And I'm a self-loathing Nintendo fan.)

I concur with other posters regarding Virtual Boy: I really loved mine, even with all its flaws. I guess you could say it was an interesting idea with a really bad form factor. The controller was excellent; most of its games were very good; the 3-D effect was actually better than the 3DS in terms of depth. I wish I…
I came here to post the same thing. I've played and beaten the game at least a dozen times by now, and while it has been 15 years since I completed the Water Temple for the first time, I don't remember it being all that difficult. The only part I can recall getting stuck at was in the tall vertical chamber in the…
Earthbound
What is this? Never heard of it
Or... it wouldn't. It happens all the time:
Yeah, halfway through the video, around the time I was thinking, "Um, Mortal Kombat is why we have the ESRB," they finally got to the point. So Superman has about as much to do with the ESRB as Count Chocula.
One thing I notice, especially about the earlier-gen ads, is nearly all of them display the MSRP. You often don't see that in American advertisements for anything, except cars and recently-discounted consumer products.
That'll do it! I got a bunch at DragonCon here in Atlanta last year.
Jeebus! Do you live in Japan or something??!?
I felt the same way. Game looks amazing, but couldn't they have found someone who has at least a cursory knowledge of Zelda to play?
Better for the Valleywag crowd, but still.
Magnificent. Though I must admit, at first I thought it was shoveling a pile of unsold copies of Wii Fit U.
Barry, how do you guys get away with posting this video? I've worked in the television industry for 13 years (now with Turner) and every Olympics we get a long, draconian usage restrictions list that specifically prohibits any online posting of video at ALL. NBC is known to monitor American networks to make sure they…
True. But I think Ubisoft is betting on a higher ceiling for both new consoles. They've nearly matched the Wii U install base after just six months, vs. 18 months for Wii U. It's very likely both will surpass Wii U by the end of the fiscal year (April 1).
Nor will I. But I am completely resigned to the fact I will have to invest in a non-Nintendo console to get some decent, gritty, non-Nintendo games. I love Nintendo games! But I need a little variety...
Just reposting my thoughts from another thread:
The Wii U version is almost certainly cancelled, and this is just a delay tactic by Ubisoft. Nintendo's disastrous quarterly earnings / sales report a few weeks ago probably demonstrated to Ubisoft that there is not nearly a large enough install base to justify further development.
