It amazes me how afraid people are to re-instal their OS. It seems like the industry is going in 2 different directions:

What? No touchscreen?

So what happens if they can't find a way to re-use a device? Do they send it to one of these recyclers anyway?

That's such a simple process, I'm surprised it's not part of the factory reset feature. Maybe it will be soon.

What they don't show you is that all those jumps are over a shark. I really like Top Gear, but it seems like the formula is getting a little tired.

When CGI started getting used more and more in movies, I always thought it was over used. However, I remember really liking how they used it in the first Harry Potter movie. I'm not sure if that's because they had an actual story which lent itself to using CGI, or if movie-makers where starting to get better at

What version of Windows have you used where you haven't needed to install a couple utilities to make things easier for yourself?

I think they'd do much better if they just updated their automated kiosks to be faster, and provide more of them. Airlines have figured this out, many cheap kiosks with a floating helper.

Anytime they want to get around to making Hangouts a "chrome desktop app" instead of just an extension for Chrome, it would be great.

Two Ferraris pull up to get gas, one is Red the other is Yellow. Conversation goes like???

I tried to use this as a gag gift for a few friends, but I always backed out at the last second. The whole process was a little creepy, and I just couldn't get to the point of trusting them with that kind of information.

I always thought solar was going nowhere, but it is true that the costs have come down significantly. You can get a solar array on your roof for around the price of a decent car (~$25k). That might only get you a savings of 20% off your power bill, but it still significantly cheaper than it used to be. At that

I think the comparison to Flip Cam is very appropriate. As others have pointed out, there's a market for a device that isn't a smartphone. Instead, I'd further fault Flip's parent company (cisco) for not rising to the occasion and choosing instead to just close shop.

Better than anything Michael Bay ever did.

The name imitation is my biggest pet peeve. I think soccer in America has come a long way, but at some point we got to own our own product. I still like the scarves though. Go Sounders!

You could randomize the countdown vs red light: Either have the light change before the end of the countdown, or the countdown end before the light changes.

Does it come off as a little crass when Aereo says they have no plan B?

I'm interested in the refrigerator with drawers. Seems like that could save a lot of electricity, since you wouldn't be spilling out all the cold air each time you opened it.

Washington Warriors is an awesome name. They would probably pay some marketing firm millions of dollars to come up with that name, so just pay that guy and be done with it.

They never mention if you'll be able to watch live games. If it's just news, analysis, and highlights, it doesn't do too much to stand out from all the competition. Still, it's a start.
