I love Howard and agree he’s the best but even he couldn’t make her not sound vapid or be likable. I’ve never heard her talk before today and she is awful and seemed like a poser.

You clearly don’t know the Howard of today. I’ve been a fan since the early 90s, he has become way more PC, but he’s greater than ever. People are stuck on the Howard of 20-30 years ago.

He has evolved a lot over the years, I promise! He admits he was “out of his mind" in the 80s and 90s.

I can understand how his show would seem stupid to someone who doesn’t listen regularly because a lot of segments are based on inside jokes/things that happened a long time ago, but I fucking love it, Wack Pack and all.

I think people have an outdated image of him from the 80s and 90s and don’t understand how he has evolved. Even back them he had an uncanny ability to draw people out of their shells.

I’ve listened to the guy since 1996, and he’s only gotten better and better. His interviews are brilliant. My dad hates him because of the stupid phone calls and the whack pack, but his interview skills are on point. He’s amazing.

He doesn't get enough credit. Dude’s the best interviewer I’ve ever heard. He goes so deep into his interviewee’s psyche he makes them realize things about their own lives they’d never given much thought. It’s amazing to listen to him really explore the minds of the people he interviews.

Thank you for acknowledging what an amazing interviewer Howard is! I would, however, amend your statement slightly to say he’s the best interviewer in the game, period - not just “right now.” ;)
