Ug. Yes, this. I swear there has been an increase in that kind of asshattery this winter in the Atlanta area. There was a three week stretch where I saw at least one car with brights on every time I drove at a time lights should be on. It was bad enough that I started counting occurrences.

Intentionally not buy the replacement blinker fluid. Drivers with empty blinker fluid truly are asshats.
