It will vary: some will hate Man of Steel and complain about Zack Snyder and that an be like ‘I told you so.’ Then the Snyder fans will be very hurt an accuse the non-fans of never letting MoS go.

It is. If you’re not careful it will wane and you’ll be like ‘why did I like this guy again?'

I’d like to say that you’re being pedantic. But this is totally the sort of thing that I’d get hung up on

And X-men 3 was about the Mutant Cure.

(That wasn’t a dig at you, just FYI, it was a dig at the studios.)

And women. The fact that DC is doing a Wonder Woman as their third (fourth?) film is a pretty big deal. I’m excited for Black Panther and Captain Marvel, but those should have come SO much sooner.

It seemed kind of like he was high.

I really think it got an R for a lot of the violence. It was really, really violent and really bloody violent. The sex/nudity really tends to be more of a plot point between him and the girlfriend and like others say you know it’s coming. There are sex jokes.

Not to mention that something that works in a comic can translate poorly to a live action and end up being too gratuitous.

We the Jinxe of the universe wish to protest this rating.

I mean... yes, it’s true, race is a social construct and not scientifically valid. But the whole social construct? Actually more important than the science part. Otherwise we’d not be arguing over evolution and climate change.
