No Unlimited hydros in Detroit this year, so a bunch of us made the 5 hour trek to Madison.
They’re a bit late this year, probably thanks to the cool spring.
Cayennes are starting to produce. Jalapeños are right behind them. The habaneros and ghost are about a month or so behind (really slow growing.)
I’d say it turned out pretty well.

Raced it today and took 2nd place in the class. Not bad for a brand new boat in its first race.
Nice and calm until you come round over Lake St. Clair and reach the St. Clair River, and the wind coming off of Lake Huron drops the temperature by 15 degrees or more.
