Those containers are both fully loaded, and while attached, are not welded together. Container homes are earthquake proof, structure at least. Also homes don’t roll 30 degrees in a storm.

In the video he is in New Zealand, so I assume he gets some heavy sun. He indirectly says that it’s probably quite warm inside, but a lot of cooling can be provided by good ventilation and well placed insulation. One the plus side, if you have a place with warm days and cold nights, you get some night heating for free!
