Lemme get this straight... there is a job with lousy hours, a ridiculous split shift, low wages, no benefits, and the opportunity to pilot a large metal box full of unruly and entitled children... and nobody wants it?

School bus drivers in my district start at the lowest salary band and make ~$15,000 a year. They’re only part time, with no benefits. They require a CDL with passenger endorsement. They are often running their routes without any other adult assistance. According to the School Board statistics, the majority of fights…
“But they can learn everything they need to in Sunday School!”
This is going to be an absolute mess. The people who are handling the wheelchairs often barely speak english, having them pass a test is going to lead to huge failure rates and actually less service. I’ve done a lot of work with the company that supplies the wheelchairs at ORD and it’s not their fault.
You can now only mistreat the able bodied travelers! Ha!
Now how about a manual behind the 392? And if we are really going at it, where is the 392 gladiator?
Ok now give us a 2 door gladiator.
What an odd decision it was. I can only assume that anyone that wanted the antiquated 3.5 V6, probably older folks that still think 4 cyl engines are only good for pizza delivery import hatchbacks, would be the type of person to want an automatic transmission to go with it.
It’s nearly impossible to keep a secret once more than a handful of people are involved.
Aside from the District of Columbia, New Jersey is the most densely populated state in the country, most than three times as densely populated as New York state. Why isn’t it entirely plausible that the most densely populated state has the most people flying drones and the most people to observe them?
Lady in my neighborhood FB group posted if people have been seeing all the drones over the neighborhood. She then posted a video from another neighbor that was a fucking airline on final into the nearest large international airport about 20 miles away. Not to mention we live right near a busy regional airport too. Some…
Since these all appear to be a) larger than hobbyist drones and b) flying in and around NJ, couldn’t it be that professionals are trying to get good drone B roll of NYC at night?
It’s the instantaneous worldwide dissemination of 8th Grade gossip.
The absolute enshittification of the entire internet hasn’t helped
I’ve come to the conclusion that, on balance, unrestricted use of the internet was a bad idea.
I fucking told everyone this was mass hysteria.
My buddy came over with his drone last week. He uses it at his job. He works for an HVAC company and can check out the units that are on the roof instead of climbing up and down all the time. He docks his cell phone to the controller. It can fly like 3 miles away. You can let go of the controls and it was just sit…
In drones’ defense, would you land in New Jersey?
