No, you know who would make a great John Steed? Ralph Fiennes. And you know who would make a great Emma Peel? Let’s say Uma Thurman. And together, they could fight Sean Connery! It would be amazing!

In my opinion overall that has got to be one of the worst episodes I have honestly ever seen. Some good Missy moments are not enough to eliminate the god-awful and lazy writing, the utter crap characters in general, and once again endless filler.

Am I right in supposing you are not Damon Lindelof´s Number 1 fan? I have a slight feeling towards this conclusion...

See when people hate on the show but they write amusing comments like yours I don’t mind it at all.

Well that was a meh episode. It seems from what they’ve done (and the story names for the rest of the season) that they divided a bunch of 1 hour stories into two 45 minute episodes and then filled them with rubbish filler material a la Peter Jackson. You could easily cut out around 15 minutes of this episode such as

I’d say he’s ruining his appetite, but there’s always room for J-Lo.

“We need to get out of the shame-spiral… well, we can spiral a little… only until it gets to the exact resolution I believe in.”

This times a million.

I used to work nights, I know first hand they have nothing better to do than follow and pull over the one vehicle they pass by that late. Particularly if it's a car high on theft statistics. My ride at the time, 1st gen Toyota Carina II, was the 4th most commonly stolen vehicle in my country back then.

A recounting of last night...

I'm not going to try to hide it; I'm crying at work right now.

The Dresden Files TV series. The guy they had playing Harry was good, but the writing was just... yeesh.

I'd love to see it re-done as a Sherlock style series, with fewer but longer episodes that allow the convoluted problems that Dresden gets himself into time to really unfold.

Not an accurate headline. That mass is not mysteriously vanishing it's just redistributing itself by melting.

These are excellent points. What they miss though, is there's a decade or two before we get Batman. Plenty of time for things to develop.

GEB is awesome.
