Um... I didn’t like his SW movie. It had nothing to do with any of the actors. I feel no anger about the film. I just didn’t like it.

“95 percent” of the people he interacts with online are “lovely and thoughtful and engaged” even when they don’t like his work.

Here is a sad but positive idea.....its got to be Schumi.....but it cant happen until he passes away. And the ending of that story is going to bring the audience to fucking tears. If it doesnt, you need to jump off a bridge.

How about instead we prepare to explain to our nieces and nephews that Alan Moore and Martin Scorcese, like all artists and critics, still cling to the long-dead myth of the distinction between high and low culture, and fancy themselves gatekeepers between the two.

It won’t work for the rabid fanbase (or they won’t care) but DAMN if you didn’t nail it with that analogy.

People sure are sensitive about the movies they like. It’s weird. You didn’t make the MCU. Stop taking this criticism so personally.

I’ll admit I’m super bias, I just don’t care for bioshock.  Never understood the appeal.  Last of us is an amazing game, I don’t know if it’s a decade important game but certainly I don’t see why Bioshock would be?  That said, compared to those two games, GTA5 absolutely is a ground breaking industry changing game.

But, we didn’t get another sequel to Bioshock either, for obvious reasons.

Uh, I love Bioshock Infinite as much as the next guy but GTAV was arguably the biggest game of 2013, and of the 2010's in general.

Holy shit, you’re right I didn’t even think about GTA5.  Yeah how in the hell isn’t it on this list.

It’s even stupider when you consider that GTAV is STILL getting into the Top 10 Weekly Sales Charts. Like, after whatever big new release there is, GTAV is typically right after, alongside Smash Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. 

I think GTA5 not even getting a mention is more egregious. Bioshock infinite was a fine game but nothing all that special, whereas GTA5 sold a billion copies and still has a crazy popular online component. 

I’m amazed GTA5 didn’t make at least an honorable mention for 2013.

Don’t let facts get in the way of ammunition in this new culture war.
