My “Miranda Sings” experience began and ended less than 10 seconds into the episode of Comedians In Cars, Getting Coffee featuring her, and wondering what she had on Jerry to rate being on the show. Oof.

Anything Fiero but an ‘88 Fiero. And I’d do an EcoTec, or if I want to be period correct (and can find one) a Quad-4.
Agreed. I like most of Anderson’s films just fine, but we regularly revisit Fantastic Mr. Fox in our household. It is one of our favorite movies, full stop.
Aside from dunking on the HOA - which is always fun - there is a lot of detail seemingly missing from this story. The decedent and his widow are residents of the neighborhood, but his two cars were in guest parking? Was one, the other, or both his daily driver, or where they hobby cars? Unless we are redefining what a divebomb is, in order for a divebomb to be a divebomb, the divebombing car needs to be coming in to the corner late, probably at a higher rate of speed than the car being divebombed, and possibly with the brakes locked. None of those three criteria apply here.
If you turn in, center the wheel for a split-second, then turn in more, you’re not giving space, you’re reacting to what is in your peripheral vision, then assuming it is gone. And missing the apex is not a “dive bomb”. Hamilton’s car was slowing when contact was made.
