It likely includes the free trial accounts as well. That’s not to say it still isn’t the largest MMO around in terms of subscribers though, and the most profitable FF game to date on top of that.

This does kinda feel like it’s 8+ years too late. The game’s community has already gone down the shitter and been thoroughly flushed. Getting rid of the all-permeating toxicity at this point is going to be hard, and this isn’t going to cut it.

Yes. I don’t like slow load times though so it’s been a few years since I personally last used a slow drive. Large SSDs aren’t that expensive these days, so this should become more common going forward.

I don’t think they’ll do it, I just think that sooner or later an SSD is going to need to be added to the system requirements.

It doesn’t make sense, but it’s the only good solution to keep the size down with all content accessible.

Honestly what they really need to vault is the last-gen version, so they can remove all the duplicate data and optimize the game entirely for super fast SSD usage.

Basically, if they have CC info that’s what they have. But so far the data leaked has been program code and economy numbers, which shouldn’t be stored at the same place as customer information. Afaik CC info shouldn’t be stored in the same place as general customer information either.
