Well, there’s always the purple knights later on that drop gold tags. Not sure if there’s any way to go back to where you can rest up CP at that point though. They do drain your healing a bit until you outlevel them.

You don’t need to grind in-game currency. At least I haven’t had to grind for even a second during my 37 hours so far (which is about halfway).
Then there’s the “too underleveled” scenario where the boss will just one-shot each party member and Shionne won’t be able to keep up with her resurrections :P. It seems hard or impossible to do some of the usual Tales shenanigans of beating bosses while vastly underleveled. (I’m recalling some Tales of Symphonia…
I also bought one of the digital deluxe versions. Large stack sizes and reduced costs are just... nice. That’s usually only for NG+ in the grade shop otherwise. I didn’t know that stuff was there when I bought it, but it seems like the DLC removes some of my usual “Tales of” headaches, so I guess I’m kinda happy? I’m…
Rockstar with GTA?
I mean I can see that it’s dark blue in the model, but the photo (concept art?) in this news post has the classic Gundam royal blue coloring among things things like the joint accents and such being gold/yellow instead of gray like in the “normal” version.
This one super isn’t though. It’s got a completely different shade of blue and the shoulder logo thing is multicolored etc. It might be the same as an RG kit that hasn’t been released yet, but it’s not ye olde Nu Gundam.
I didn’t even recognize it as an RX-93 until reading the text. The funnels and the color scheme are the most recognizable parts by a wide margin.
“Nothing happened”, except some very emotional scenes and lots of fun hijinks.
I picked up the game after your preview and I have to say I really really like it. All the streamlined systems have cut away basically all that which I hated most about Zestiria and Berseria, while keeping the improvements those games made over Xillia. So far it might even be rivaling Vesperia as my favorite in the…
You’d think frame rate caps on loading and menu screens would be becoming standard by now, especially after the 3090-killer debacle.
Robin: “IKITAI!”
Oda has every intent of finishing the series. He fairly recently said that we’re about 5 years out from the end (I think that he specifically mentioned an amount of story he had left to tell, which based on past output one could calculate to 5-6 years).
Does this mean all reviewers were playing pre-launch copies without protection? Or did they try to convince people to play this on console instead?
The anime started catching up to the manga very early and they’ve been innovating filler technology. While the average anime will use 2-3 chapters per episode, One Piece has somehow managed to shrink that down to 1 chapter per episode.
I mean... there’s a reason why it’s the best selling manga ever. Close to every week, and every time a new volume drops.
One Piece has a unique art style, but you definitely learn to love it. At least I did. It’s got a healthy scoop of humor and the art style is meant to be pretty silly and funny and exaggerated. The manga has also got absolutely bonkers amounts of detail (at least later on). Nobody would ever think this was a weekly…
Definitely one of the most well-known animated series of the 90's.
Yeah. It’s “normal 2021 westerner dropped into fantasy world” for sure. Would be fun if she brings her phone and amazes people with it.
Silenced guns are also much louder in real life than in movies. Bows are likely to maintain an advantage in that scenario. Not to mention having a far less recognizable sound.
