The Rock is the only hugely muscular man I’ve ever really found attractive. And oh boy, do I find him attractive. Fully support this selection.

I think Green Day needs to update Wake Me Up When September Ends. All I can think of lately is wake me up when this election ends.
No, he can’t. The President does not issue security clearances. He can request them, but his children can’t work for him in an official capacity, which means there isn’t a need for them to be issued anything beyond the basic clearance given to First Families. DoD, DoJ, CIA, DHS, and DoE issue clearances, and they…
There has to be demonstrable need to know for whichever clearance is sought, as well as the background checks, polygraphs, etc. Because he cannot actually hire his children into any official position, they will never have need to know. He cannot issue a clearance, that is the responsibility of individual government…
Lucky for us it will be extraordinarily difficult for them to get anything beyond the basic level clearance given to all First Families. He doesn’t have the authority to just issue them.
Dang, and evangelical Lutheran at that. Nice.
Melton is a lovely, thoughtful person. A friend always shared her posts and got me interested in them. I’m an atheist, but I still find a lot of what she posts relevant (and usually rather funny). This is exciting news. Best wishes to them both.
She means the values of the 20th century, not the calendar, just as the 19th century didn’t really end until WWI. I personally think all that changed in 2001, but I suppose it could be said to be the transitional period these last 15 years.
Um, this. He’s off his flipping rocker.
There are reports from “his staff” to the NYT that he wants to only stay at the White House when Congress is in session.
She would absolutely have my vote!
The series of Barack and Joe memes coming out lately have been the very bright spot in a very black post-election week.
Oh my word, what an adorable little girl!
