Where I am in Maryland, we have no shortage of polling places and therefore I never have to wait in line. 2 first time voters did come in while I was voting, though, and were announced which was cute. I was teary eyed and held my breath when I put the ballot in the scanner. But, here’s what I shared on FB:

Oh true, that’s about it strongly worded as they get.

I’ve never understood why people think others must have kids. I’m very opposed to people having kids when they are unsure if they actually want them. It’s pretty unfair to everyone involved if it isn’t something you genuinely want, because kids are a shit ton of work, it’s often thankless and messy, and you are in it

I can’t imagine how rage-inducing it must be for those men to deal with the press. I’m sure how Diana died is never far from their minds, and to see it still happening to people they care about? My open letter would not be nearly so polite.

They could be like my (very nice but very old) neighbor with his “It’s never the journalist and always the soldier that protects your freedom of speech” sticker on his car. It’s right next to his Ben Carson for prez sticker. A whole lot of people don’t view the Constitution as the thing that provides our rights,

Really? Really?

She means journalists. Who apparently are all white.

Agreed. If somehow an Anthony Weiner got himself on the ballot, it would not be an easy decision to vote for the other party.

That’s how they get away with it for so long. The BTK killer was the epitome of model citizen...except for that hobby of his, of course.

He probably wouldn’t say little boy, but he’d almost certainly say kid. My almost 40 year old husband routinely calls the (male) people who work for him “kids” despite them varying in age from mid-20s to early 30s.

She is a single mother. In the linked article, she places the emphasis of her concerns with this situation on the fact that her kids don’t have anyone but her. I guess that makes it relevant, if unclear in this post.

Leslie Jones’s face! I’m dying. She is living her best life for sure.

I’ll admit I was getting a bit nervous until I started to see far more Republicans say they voted for Hillary- especially Republican women- than I would have expected. In a way I’m glad the media is making it seem closer, though, because I do not want anyone to be complacent and stay home.

Really?! Ack. No.

Right? There has to be something in it for someone to give away a car of that price point (or at least, they are thinking there’s something in it for them). And I’m with you on the free drinks. No thanks. If I want to talk to you, you’ll know.

Good to know. My husband is a huge Samsung fan, and we love our Samsung fridge and stove so naturally he wants to replace our old dishwasher with a Samsung one. I’ll have to look up the CR info to show him.

Carrie Underwood is from small-town Oklahoma. Idk if she was “poor” exactly, but she sure wasn’t wealthy.

Idk, man, but that is kind of scary to me. I’d be terrified of any future favors or strings attached to that “free” car.

Yeah the only thing different about this sheer, beaded dress are the atrocious sleeves. She always wears this look. Yawn.

It’s rare the movie casting that perfectly captures how we saw the characters in our mind’s eye. Harry had green eyes in the book. Ron was tall and thin. I always envisioned Lavender Brown as a POC. None of those things are that way in the movies, and that’s ok. Even the green eyes, which was certainly more important
