Waaaaaaaaaaaaambaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaach

I had this one (later) and it was so cute. I loved it.

this bad boy....i miss you.

Thank you for knowing things I am curious about, and then posting them here. It is delightful and convenient. :)

I can’t watch the Kurt movie because I’m afraid I will get WAY too bummed out.

If only this Billy C still existed. Now he’s a total creeper. Or was he always a total creeper?

Oooh my gaaaaaaah. I literally wore out my CD version of this. One of the best curated albums ever. And such a good movie.

L7. Those were some WOMEN. I loved them. And bought their CD in my Docs & ripped tights!

It was Autumn of 1992. I was driving to class my freshman year of college. Not paying any attention, listening to the Singles soundtrack and the next thing you know, I had a cop pull me over for doing 52 in a 25. It was my first ticket and I think about it every time I hear the Screaming Trees song!

Go ahead and watch it. The only thing that might make you wrinkle your nose is a bit about him having (consensual) sex with a mentally defective neighborhood girl, but he was very young and had ridiculously low self-esteem and felt like a total pariah, so, while it was kind of icky, I don't think his intention was

If it helps to know this, I met Kurt once briefly and he was normal/friendly.

I haven’t watched it either, for the same reasons. Man, I haven’t seen “Kurdt” spelled like that in forever.

It’s SUCH a lost art form. Like thinking of a theme picking he right songs putting them in the right order it’s tough!

It was a little weird to watch him through adult eyes. I was a teenager when he died and so to watch him in old interviews in the film made me realize how young he really was. He comes across a bit immature to my adult self, but a lot more human, and just...so very young.

Yes. Don’t tell my fiancé.

Deal

Siamese Dream is their hands down BEST ALBUM. It was one of the only CDs I had in my car when I first started driving and I was obsessed. Now I have to listen to it again

So hard to pick the best songs off of it but I think you did. Smashing pumpkins forever

That is a GREAT FAVORITE! Reminds me of my parents they were all about the grunge. I always hated it until I became the age they were when this stuff came out. And listening to grunge is never a waste of time
