Absolutely. This is true. But thirsting after blood makes you an asshole. Pretending this is legally or morally justified is wrong on both accounts. We live in a civilized society. Too many comments and the article itself are basically just the black version of Breitbart. It’s disgusting. Wanting a race war is

Oh, she is very much an idiot. I have ridden that bus many times, and as a white person (even a large man), I would never in a million years think of doing something like that (I also would never in a million years think of calling someone the n-word in any context). It is really stupid. It is a disgusting thing to

So did the guy that pushed that other guy in the parking lot deserve to get shot? I mean, he “started” it.

It is in fact the fault of the “mean old black people” who beat her up. They should be arrested. These people were no more threatened than that guy who shot the other guy in that parking lot. Where were you on that one?

Nope. That white lady did NOT deserve THAT fucking brutal shit.

Here’s the thing, you thought of the “joke”, then posted it under the guise of someone else making the joke when in fact you thought of it. So that means the racist comment is yours. So own it.

If it wasn’t on the Fucktomb thread already, can this be a petition for Deadspin’s style guide to refer to the stadium where the Eagles play home games as “The Fucktomb”?

As a Pats fan (with eyes and a functioning brain as well), I agree they both should have been ruled catches. I also think the Clement catch would have been ruled incomplete in 80% of games this year.

here is the problem with the clement catch. find a football. hold it chest high with two hands as if you just caught a pass. now transition it to cradling it near your waist with one hand as if you were running with it. it is completely impossible to do that while keeping one hand on the ball at all times.

That is sexist AF.

I’m looking forward to his next project. I heard it focuses on when he played Street Fighter growing up and the impact Dhalsim had on him.

Anyone else read the headline as “Tony Montana Firm Suspiciously Scores...” and think that it made perfect sense?

The reason you find this so ridiculous is because you will never be in a situation where a man could accuse you of any inappropriate behaviour without being laughed at, safe of you literally ripping his clothes off. You will never be accused of ‘eye raping’, making a man ‘uncomfortable’, ‘sexist’ jokes, ‘accidentally

Agreed, men are assholes and I’m one. I have no issue with the content just not a lifehack. Gawker has 1, 000 other sites this could have gone on

It’s a feedback loop. They can call someone for mansplaining and if the man does ANYTHING other than politely accept the accusation, they are then further guilty of mansplaining. It’s a tactic to control the interaction. The example above is simply patronizing condescension and happens all the time to men/women by men

I am a male engineer who works with plenty of other male engineers and a few female engineers. Lots of people do this, it’s not exclusively something men do to women. Actually I mostly get it from sales people, they have the sort of ego and drive that has them talking over people a lot. It’s not particularly sexist,

Dear Lifehacker,

aka, Mr. Maggie Gyllenhaal. No relation to the others, though. His surname is also spelled differently: Sarsgaard.

Yeah, I see this happen a lot with Asian and Latino actors, but especially Asian actors.

Everyone’s interchangeable so long as they “look” the part, which is ridiculous and offensive, and it’s done most by the people who mean well, like this article.

If it’s important to the character that he is Japanese-American,

If this had been about women posting pictures that show them from the shoulders down because “no one wants to be surprised by a big girl and she should own it” can you imagine the rage train that would rip through here?
