Companies don’t realize how easy it is to find out employee information. Especially management.

If you screw me over, be assured I will call your boss’s boss’s boss at home, on the weekend, before dawn. Until it’s resolved.

I always love the geniuses who bring up the “XX% of crimes are committed by POC” bullshit. Since it’s actually XX% of convictions are against POC. How about all the white people who are acquitted? How about all the white people who aren’t charged? How about the crimes that aren’t investigated? How about the POC who

Maybe Chevrolet was planning a diesel-electric hybrid until Dieselgate killed support for compression ignition cars.

Small block Chevy, Olds 455 Rocket, Honda D16, Toyota 2JZ, Ford Barra, Detroit 8V-53N... it all depends on what you want it for.

Seems like this would be brilliant for an Alaskan guide service.

BMWs built in SC are unreliable, yes. But they are LESS unreliable than German built.

Sometimes you do the mental gymnastics necessary to convince yourself that in a car where both transmissions are available, the automatic is the better choice— this has never been the case.

LAST Saturday night I drove home drunk or almost certainly that would have been the indication from any breath or blood test that I might have been required to take. I drove home drunk the Saturday before that, too, and the one before that, and the one before that, in what probably amounts to a fairly consistent

I went to a very expensive private high school, and a couple incidents come to mind:

One was a kid whose father was a lawyer. Dad was putting together a list of clients for a class-action suit against Dow Corning. So he told his son if he found some number (I think it was 50) of women with silicone breast implants, the

Pretty much.

Pretty much.

I have thought for a while there should be an Olympic kart event, with electric karts designed so they all have near-identical kerb weights and balance. That way, it would be all about the athletes. And it would allow drivers of multiple disciplines to compete on a mostly-equal basis.

I would place the XV10 somewhere on my personal top ten list of “greatest sedans ever,” even though I have no desire to own a Camry of any sort. And speaking as someone older than the Camry nameplate, even though it’s not the car for me I am glad there is a nameplate that can be relied upon to generally be stolid

I like this. There are several California tribes without reservations.

I have been a fan of Yugos for decades. But they are getting too expensive for me to ever buy one. I can get a decent 1980s Saab 900 for what a beat up Yugo costs these days, and I’d rather have the Saab (as much as I want a Yugo for my Zastava collection).

I think you might have missed the point. These are cars you can still buy new, where used versions cost more than new. You can’t buy a new R34. All the R34 Skylines that will ever exist exist already. This is not so for Kia Tellurides. My father has a 1970 Triumph he bought new in 1969. It’s currently worth something

The question was “worst engine” not “best engine.”

I still miss my de Ville. Of course, gas was less than a buck a gallon back then.
