My car does that on purpose.
My car does that on purpose.
I think a lot of the people who would normally drive coverage on this are on vacation. And the Trump administration will have no desire to draw attention to another screwup on their watch.
Since the article pulled it specifically from the white supremacists’ stupid website, I suspect it’s terrible copy-editing.
Shows how stupid the y’all-qaeda crowd is, that they will follow a 17-year-old on the internet.
I suspect they were talking about the Angles.
1957 and 58 Eldorado Brougham. Not just the greatest American land yacht, the greatest American car. Fight me.
I don’t think they thought that far. Or realized that the brake lights were in the same bulbs as the tail lights.
Pfft. I had a similar exhaust on my 1990 Civic Wagon (2.5" all the way back from the header outlet into dual 3.5" glasspacks), and I never started it later than 6 AM. Had to get to work, yo.
Had a 1960s Rolls-Royce brought in by one of the local limo services for a lube service a year or two ago. As part of every service, we do a visual “courtesy inspection” of systems on the car.* And on this car, the tail and brake lights didn’t work. All the front lights worked, and the tag and reverse lights worked…
While I want this, I have two thoughts:
1. Seems expensive.
2. Seems unsafe.
Nobody is going to put $2k+ into air jacks for a $500 claims race.
Jim Clyburn is the epitome of a machine politician who holds a seat gifted to him by Republican gerrymandering.
Nice Price. Not because it’s worth it to me, but with the good condition and current state of the Radwood market, you probably won’t find a better one for less. Are there objectively better cars for less money? Certainly. But if car decisions were based only on objective value, there would be no market for vintage…
Grudging NP. This is the right cab/bed/engine/transmission combination, but trucks cost too much these days. I’d be more comfortable in the $2500 range, but I don’t think it’s overpriced for the market.
It is certainly a car.
I like the interior better than the exterior. Kind of a 70s retro theme going on, versus the bland outside. Love it or hate it, the outgoing Civic is certainly dramatic on the exterior.
This list is bad, and they should feel bad. Hell, the chase sequence in Solo is better than a lot of these.
As has been pointed out already: The Italian Job, Smokey and the Bandit, Bullitt, Mad Max, Vanishing Point, Duel, and The Blues Brothers all contain better car chases than most of this list.
Fury Road and Ronin…
Except if you’re rich enough to hire good lawyers, they don’t mess with you. They go after the small fry who can’t afford good lawyers. Because it’s easy.
We see issues with condensation in the reservoir tanks. It gets into the distribution block that is mounted next to the tank and FUBARs valves. It’s really bad when there’s a hard freeze.
I am an ASE Master Tech. Now. But way back in the mists of time, when I had just started my first job in the auto repair industry, the senior techs at the Sears Auto Center I was working in had a Fiat Spider that had a consistent, repeatable, right pull under braking.
They had replaced the entire braking system trying…
See the funny flanged knob behind the gearshift? That’s the door handle. For both doors.
NP.
