This exact thing happens to me at least twice a week. I’ve never thought of capitalizing on it though. I mean, Tom and I pretty close, so I don’t want to do him dirty. He always forgets my name and acts like it’s the first time, but still.

The tone here is a little weird. It’s not a given that everyone who reads the AV Club hated Joker. I thought it was kind of dumb in some ways, pretty effective in others. I don’t think it needs a sequel and I have a bad feeling whatever they do will augment the worst aspects of the first movie and (further) taint…

I generally don’t plan to drop things.  Just sort of happens.  But I guess you can do it this way too.  Regardless, I think they should consider being more careful with this song if it’s so important to them.  

My money’s on Cox biting it. Maybe Sidney, but my guess is they’ll follow the Star Wars model of legacy sequels where they “resolve” the “arc” of one classic character per movie.
