Honestly, pop it in and give it a shot. My dusty-ass PS4 which literally broke a month later ran the game fine at launch, so mileage can vary.

I think Control did the haptics very well, because it was generally subtle. The best version of it, for me, is a version you barely register but adds just enough kick to feel cool.

Super glad these options exist for folks who like to play this way, but also very glad to have them turned off so I can get lost in the world. Options for everyone!
